Please find Fixtures and Officials for Football Championship Finals Sunday 31/8/14 below.  Please ensure you pass this information on to your members, players, coaches and managers.  A reminder that there will be a $5 entry fee on Sunday for everyone to raise money for the state games.

Coaches & Managers

  • In the event of a draw, extra time of 10 mins each way will be played. 
  • Ensure Team Sheets are completed before game starts and each squad consists of no more than 21 players.
  • Interchange must be via marked area on Clubhouse side and under the control of the lines person.
  • Coaches/ Mangers must not be on the field at any stage unless requested by Referee
  • Coaches/Managers are not allowed to hang around end line in goal area
  • Water carriers are not allowed around goal area/end line at any time except with drinks for players
  • Subs (total 6) must remain in dugout, and not enter field of play, until required for interchange
  • Language must be kept civil and respectful AT ALL TIMES.  This includes within your own teams.
  • The Referees decision is final and is NOT to be questioned or comments made regarding the decision after the fact.  WARNING: This will be enforced and coaches/managers or players found in breach of this may be asked to leave the grounds.

Go Games

  • Children involved in the Go Games will be walking on with the Men's Div 1 game at 3:30pm and therefore all players, coaches, managers and spectators need to be aware that there are children present.  Please ensure language used is appropriate for young children and families.

Code of Behaviour and Social Media Policy

  • The GAA Code of Behaviour and Social Media Policy is attached/linked.  Anyone found being highly inappropriate or offensive, will be asked to leave the grounds.  Anything posted on social media that is defamatory, offensive or brings the Association into disrepute will result in disciplinary action and possible removal from the QGFHA.
