It is with great regret, I have to inform you of another sudden death of one of our young Irish Visitors,
Don Molloy 25 years old from Co. Clare passed away on Monday, 28th April 2009 after a short illness.
Don had played football twice this year for the Souths Div 2 team, our sincere sympathy to Dons Parents & Family who had come out to visit him.
Mass was held on Monday at 7pm at Regina Caeli Catholic Church, 32 Lavington St, Coorparoo.

• Format: Summer competition + 3 rounds (1st round = Brisbane Shield; 2nd & 3rd rounds = Qld League).
• Summer competition: 5-week comp, commencing 4 February with playoffs on Sunday 15 March (i.e. Irish festival day); Games to be on Wednesday nights for women and Thursday nights for men; 9aside with the option to increase to 11aside if both teams can accommodate otherwise remain at 9aside.
• Winter season to start on 22 March and conclude on 23 August with Brisbane Shield to be held on 1 May.
